ATLAS LTW is a clothing brand offering apparel and related products. Because certain designs may be applied, finished, or prepared by hand after purchase, slight variations in placement, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade and small-batch nature of the brand and do not qualify as defects unless the item is materially damaged or incorrect.
3. Orders and Payment
· All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
· Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
· An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order if payment fails, product availability changes, or an error is discovered.
· ATLAS LTW reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or violation of these Terms.
4. Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability, pricing, promotions, and discounts may change at any time without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or order cancellation where applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
· Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product preparation, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
· The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
· ATLAS LTW is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
· Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the carrier's policies.
6. Returns and Store Credit
All returns are subject to the separate ATLAS LTW Return Policy. ATLAS LTW does not offer refunds. Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit only within two weeks of the purchase date, provided the item meets the conditions stated in the Return Policy.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale, including but not limited to discounted items, custom items, limited drop items, worn items, washed items, intimate apparel, or items otherwise stated as non-returnable. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by applicable law.

You confirm that your submitted content does not violate the rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLAS LTW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, shipping delays, sizing choices, or inability to use the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
