FORMAL RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: 01-01-2026
1. No Refund Policy
ATLAS LTW does not offer refunds. All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be provided unless required by applicable law.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return for store credit within two weeks of the original purchase date. Return requests made after the two-week period will not be accepted.
3. Store Credit Only
· Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only.
· Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from ATLAS LTW.
· Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred unless approved in writing.
· Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and handling charges are not refundable and may not be included in store credit unless otherwise approved.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for store credit, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
· Item must be returned within two weeks of the purchase date.
· Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
· Item must be in its original condition with original packaging and tags, if applicable.
· Item must not be damaged by the customer or altered after delivery.
· Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
· Items returned after the two-week return window.
· Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, altered, or returned in unsellable condition.
· Final sale items, clearance items, promotional items, or limited drop items marked as final sale.
· Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items unless the item received is incorrect or materially defective.
· Items without proof of purchase.
6. Return Approval Process
1. Email atlas_ltw@outlook.com within two weeks of the purchase date with your order number, full name, item name, and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval before sending the item back. Items sent without approval may be refused.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided after approval.
4. Once the item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
5. If approved, store credit will be issued using the method provided by ATLAS LTW.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item or a confirmed material defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ATLAS LTW is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that appears materially defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion. Normal variations from handmade or small-batch design application, including minor placement, texture, or finish differences, are not automatically considered defects.
9. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on availability. If an exchange is not available, eligible returns will be processed as store credit only.
10. Inspection and Rejection of Returns
ATLAS LTW reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements in this policy. If a return is rejected, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs required to send the item back.
11. Policy Updates
ATLAS LTW may update this Return Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.
